Ok, the paragraph still seems quite hard even we put space between each word.  Now what we need to do is distinguish proper nouns, like names of people and companies:

        “中国世代” is the name of the company

         投资控股集团 is "Investment Holding Group of Companies"

禹晋永 (Yǔ jìn yǒng), the Chairman (主席 zhǔxí) of Zhongguo Shidai Investment Holding Group of Companies

The paragraph contains quite a few words about accusation, which are very often used in the business related news report.

涉嫌 (shèxián, be suspected of being involved), a very common used word before accusation when somebody is suspected of violating the law. 涉嫌抢劫 / 他因涉嫌抢劫被捕

虚报  注册资本  (xūbào zhùcè zīběn, misstate registered capital)

        虚报 make a false report, can be used in all kinds of condition. 虚报盈利 / 虚报工作经历 / 虚报国籍

        注册资本 registered capital. In China, 30,000 RMB is minimum for registering a limited liability company, however minimum requirement for one-person company with limited liability is 100,000 RMB, and to register a stock limited company, 5,000,000 RMB is minimum.

伪造  国家机关公文 (wěizào guójiā jīguān gōngwén, forge official documents)

        伪造 forge, counterfeit. 伪造证件 /  伪造护照 /  伪造合同
